干细胞治疗及其在感染性疾病中的应用
文/钟昕昀、张王亿（雄狮少年NO.、）上海市松江二中指导老师：黄陈（上海交通医院肠胃外科）摘要：干细胞是一类未分化或部分分化的细胞，具有自我复制能力、多向分化潜能及独特形态结构。根据功能和所在部位不同，干细胞可分为间充质干细胞、神经干细胞、造血干细胞、脂肪干细胞、周边血干细胞等。由于干细胞具有免疫调节、组织修复等功能，干细胞移植疗法在骨髓疾病、血液系统恶性肿瘤、遗传性疾病等方面获得广泛应用。感染并发症是干细胞移植术后常见的并发症和死亡原因。近年来的研究则发现，以造血干细胞移植为主的干细胞治疗在感染性疾病，如HIV、HBV、EBV、禽流感、乙脑病毒感染中，能够发挥出独特的治疗作用。对于新型冠状病毒肺炎，目前尚无特效疗法，而干细胞治疗具有抗炎、抗凋亡、抗菌、恢复上皮和内皮细胞的通透性、加快肺泡内液体的清除和肺功能恢复等独特作用，能够有效控制和逆转新冠病毒所致肺损伤，降低患者死亡率，具有良好临床应用前景，并有望成为未来新型冠状病毒肺炎治疗的最佳选择。关键词：干细胞；干细胞移植；感染性疾病；新冠病毒；治疗Stem-celltherapyanditsapplicationininfectiousdiseasesZhongXinyun1,ZhangWangyi1,ZhangYuan,HuangChenShanghaiSongjiangNo.HighSchool,Shanghai,China;DepartmentofGastrointestinalSurgery,ShanghaiGeneralHospital,ShanghaiJiaoTongUniversity,Shanghai,ChinaAbstract:Stemcellswereundifferentiatedorpartlydifferentiatedcellsthathadself-replicationability,multi-differentiationpotential,anduniquemorphologicalcharacteristics.Theycanbeclassifiedasmesenchymalstemcells,neuralstemcells,hematopoieticstemcells,adipose-derivedstemcells,andPeripheralbloodstemcellsaccordingtotheirfunctionsandlocations.Withtheeffectsofimmunoregulationandtissuerepairing,thestem-celltherapyhadbeenwidelyusedinthefieldsofbonemarrowdiseases,hematologicalmalignancies,hereditarydiseases,amongothers.Recentresearchesrevealedthatthestem-celltherapy,mostlyhematopoieticstemcelltransplantation,mayfunctionwellininfectiousdiseasescausedbyHIV,HBV,EBV,AIV,JEVandsoonalthoughpost-stem-cell-transplantationinfectionswere
